Websites for homeowner and condominium associations
Most associations have no public website, or one that has not been touched in a decade. We build a clear, mobile-friendly page that shows residents, buyers, agents, and lenders that the community exists and is well run.
We build a concept for your community first, at no cost and with no obligation.
Your resident portal is built for homeowners. This is built for everyone else.
Prospective buyers, real estate agents, lenders, and insurers all need to see that your community exists and is well run. A login screen tells them nothing.
What's included
Everything a community actually gets asked for
Built from the questions association offices field over and over.
A public website residents and buyers can find
Community information, amenities, and contact details on one clear page — the things people look for before they call the office.
Documents and forms in one place
Architectural request forms, rules and regulations, meeting minutes, insurance information, and frequently requested documents.
Meeting dates and announcements
Board, annual, and committee meetings alongside community notices, so residents stop calling to ask when the next meeting is.
Built for phones first
Every page is tested from 360px upward. Most residents will open the site on a phone, and boards read it on a tablet.
Readable for every resident
16px minimum body text, large touch targets, visible keyboard focus, and colour contrast verified against WCAG AA on every design.
Links to your existing resident portal
The portal you already pay for stays exactly where it is. This sits in front of it for everyone who is not a logged-in owner.
Demos
Every one of these is a different site
Not one layout in five colours. Each is ordered around what its community actually leads with — the amenities, the paperwork, or the office. The communities shown are illustrative; we build yours before you decide.

Sunfield, SC
An active adult community built around its clubhouse calendar, walking paths, and neighbours who look out for one another.
Questions
Straight answers
Who is this for?
Homeowner and condominium associations, and the management companies that serve them — particularly communities with no public website, an outdated one, or nothing online beyond a phone number.
Does this replace our resident portal?
No. Portals handle payments, work orders, and owner accounts, and they are built for logged-in residents. This is the public-facing side for everyone who cannot log in, and it links straight through to your portal.
What do you need from us to start?
The association name and location, whatever documents you want published, your meeting schedule, and management contact details. Photographs help but are not required — designs ship with placeholder artwork until you send your own.
Can we see what it would look like before deciding?
Yes. We build a concept for your community first, with no obligation. Concepts are clearly labelled as unofficial and are not published to search engines.
Who owns the site and the content?
The association does. Documents, photographs, and text supplied by the association remain the association's property.
Ask for a concept for your community
Tell us the association name and where it is. We will build a concept and send you a link — free, and with nothing to sign.
